Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning

Waterworks NW has researched, in our near two decades of window cleaning, the best way to achieve cleaner windows is with the use of a water fed pole. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their window cleaning experience. There are hundreds of different window cleaning supplies available and with them, each their own techniques of using them. Regardless of what option we choose, we want to provide the safest window cleaning experience for everyone with the best results.

Sometimes homes will have difficult to reach windows or windows that may be above two stories. Sometimes, manufacturers design windows to be cleaned from the inside of the home. Could you imagine if you were on a step ladder, leaned over cleaning the window and lost your footing? One fall could be tragic! Waterworks NW would like to take the dangers out of window cleaning for you. Let us come and clean your windows, risk-free, with the safest options and the best cleaning techniques! Water fed pole window cleaning is the safest way to professionally clean your windows.

Water Fed Pole uses no soap to clean windows

Because of the research Waterworks NW has conducted, we now use a water fed pole which carries pure deionized to clean your exterior windows; Europe‘s window cleaning secret. Most times we do not use a ladder as the water fed pole extends enough to clean your windows from the ground. With our employees standing on the ground, there are little to no safety issues. The water fed pole uses deionized water to ensure the very cleanest window for our customers. On most homes Waterworks NW does not use any soap on the exterior windows, unless we have to manually clean a window with traditional methods. Sometimes on a first time clean it is best to clean the windows with the traditional squeegee, but it’s rare these days.  Over time the window tracks and frames stay cleaner, longer because we are not pushing dirt around when using a traditional window scrubber. Using the water fed pole we are flushing the dirt way each time.

How does the water fed pole system work

Our sprinter van holds special filtered water that carries no carbon or chlorine, only pure deionized water. This deionized water is then fed through a pump and up our high quality water fed pole straight to your windows. Because the water is so pure, tiny bubbles form and grab dirt as it is agitated off of the window. After the window is rinsed it is left to dry naturally. No window cleaning soaps are necessary as the deionized water does it all. The benefits of this process instead of a squeegee are amazing! Traditional window cleaning leaves behind a soap residue which can attract pollen, bugs, and dust. Window cleaning with a water fed pole and deionized water leaves no film behind, nothing to attract the pollen, bugs or dust. Water fed pole window cleaning is making it safer for companies and employees to clean your windows.

True water fed pole window cleaning leaves behind no water spots

Have you had your windows professionally cleaned with pure filtered deionized water via a water fed pole? I hear some customers say they have had someone use a pole and it did a horrible job, you need to be next to the glass to get it clean! Well here’s a dirty little secret, deionized water is expensive, there may be companies out there just using water from your hose. Portland, Oregon has pretty clean water measuring .026 on a TDS meter (total dissolved solids). But anything over .002 can leave a spot on the glass. Rain water measures .008 on a TDS meter. The glass is checked on the inside windows before we leave. Cleaning windows “nose to glass” as some companies would call it to ensure a proper cleaning only leaves behind soap residue that is going to spot as soon as it rains. The soap also attracts bugs, pollen, dust, etc… So cleaning “nose to glass” isn’t going to stay clean very long. Cleaning with deionized water and a water fed pole will keep your windows streak-free and shiny long past traditional window cleaning, guaranteed.
